Assessed competing products for the creation of a gap analysis.
Lead several contextual inquiry exercises, including assessment of the tools and methodologies currently deployed by the cyber and governance teams.

Designed and moderated a two-day ideation workshop
Design
In collaboration with the stakeholders and project team members, I helped develop the basis for the site's IA, documented the user flows and executed the final UI/UX and data visualizations.
