Risk Command
Risk Command allows organization to identify potentially high-risk third parties before their business is impacted, addressing regulatory requirements and helping them to avoid financial or reputational damage. Incorporating automated AI-driven Integrity Due Diligence, the tool provides the ability to request reports and conduct ongoing risk-based monitoring.
My roles
Research & Discovery
Co-lead a series of requirements-gathering sessions composed of Risk Sector staff, industry SMEs and project team members. Explored competitor tools in the market, target personas, core use-cases and feature sets.
Build Oversight and Enhancements
Working closely with the offshore development team, oversaw the UI implementation, providing iterative design enhancements throughout the process. Worked with the product team to brainstorm and design new features based on client and market demand.
