Discovery
Worked with the PwC Digital Strategy team to prepare and lead a series of discovery sessions which included the sector team, a group of potential users/SMEs and the product team.
Design
In collaboration with the stakeholders and project team members, I helped develop the basis for the site's IA, documented the user flows and executed the final UI/UX and data visualizations.

In collaboration with the project team, we targeted three main personas as the primary end-users of the tool.
As part of our ideation session, I led a brainstorming session to elicit a list of datasets and related features that we would be visualizing in the tool. The group then voted to prioritize and finalize the list.

Here the commodities traders can assess hour-by-hour price predictions and make bids with the help of historical data and predictive AI.
The user's entry point into a given ISO's forecasting screens, including an input grid for capturing hourly utilization fluctations.
Here the user can assess the impact of the system's predictive models and make changes based upon performance.
Drill-in view of all models from a loss/gain perspective to help administrators quickly determine which to keep or deprecate.
