With TCS, I lead a team of onshore and offshore UX practitioners in developing, refining and overseeing the UX implementation of a multi-billion dollar global medical e-commerce supply company that is currently undergoing a complete overhaul of its front- and backend systems.
Agile UX Process Creation
Working within an agile development environment, I created and mapped a process that enabled the various teams (leadership, design, business & tech ) to progress designs from conception to granular user-story level and on to implementation and QA. This process eliminated bottlenecks, increased accountability, and helped move thousands of user stories from the studio to the build environment.
UX Design Leadership
Leading a team of onshore and offshore UX resources, we engaged with the client, business analysts, and front-end development team to create end-to-end user flows that aligned with a backlog of 5000+ design-related stories in the project management system.
Design Pattern Library Enhancement
Managed an evolving Figma-based design pattern library designed exclusively for the new client web presence. Designed screens, components, micro-interactions and animations, etc. as needed based on the established requirements
Created a process that enabled the design backlog to move fluidly from the studio into the development pipeline.
Designed and established a high-level process that enables all the agile teams to break down and align designs granularly to the thousands of user stories in Jira.
